Revenue as detailed in Impact Section b. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global c. High/ Very High Risk d. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues 2) Manages Project Financials a. Meets or Exceeds approved budgets b. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management 3) Manages Client Relationships a. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management b. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers 4) Manages Project Team a. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people b. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others c. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors d. Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development.
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Align Resources With Operational Demands.
4. Engage In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Understand Challenges, Ensuring A Focus On Enhancing Customer Satisfaction Through Proactive Communication And Support.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analyses And Trend Analyses, Validating Findings And Reports To Provide Actionable Insights For Key Business Stakeholders To Improve Operational Performance.

Other Requirement : Education & Experience Required • First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred • 15 + years’ experience in project management role a must • PMP Certified (Must) • Agile Scrum Certified (CSM) (Must) • Domain specific ( Data & AI).
