Job Summary

SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes. Candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA, and hybrid cloud environments on AWS and Azure. Candidate experience should span across system upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, HA/DR setups, and end-to-end SAP BASIS operations, supporting large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP BASIS and HANA operations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems • Perform SAP system upgrades including HANA DB, kernel, SUM, and support packs • Manage SAP HANA replication for High Availability and Disaster Recovery • Administer SAP BTP subaccounts, services, and integrations • Administer SAP backups, recovery, and DR testing in AWS and Azure environments • Handle L2/L3 incident management via ServiceNow with SLA adherence • Lead SAP BASIS activities for migrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions • Perform performance monitoring and optimization using DPA cockpit • Support SAP Web Dispatcher installation and upgrades • Execute SAP system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and add-on installations • Manage SLT landscapes and real-time replication setups • Perform system monitoring, EWA analysis, and incident resolution • Mentor junior BASIS engineers and maintain technical documentation

Other Requirements

• Looking for Experience in large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and production support. Strong expertise in SAP RISE migrations, SAP BTP setup, cloud integrations, and system administration across complex SAP landscapes. His experience includes managing multi-system migrations, CFIN upgrades, SLT configurations, and enterprise BTP enablement to support business-critical operations will be preferable.
