Job Summary

SCCM / Intune Deployment Engineer (Night Shift – 9 PM EST, Canada) Role Summary This role focuses on enterprise-wide application deployment and endpoint management using SCCM and Intune, covering servers, workstations, and supporting ATM environments during off-hours. Key Responsibilities Perform application deployment to servers and workstations using SCCM and/or Intune Manage software packaging, deployment scheduling, and monitoring Handle patch management activities across endpoints Experience in creating/managing AD groups. Troubleshoot deployment failures and ensure successful rollout Support hybrid deployment environments leveraging SCCM + Intune integration (as reflected in internal deployment practices) . Provide night shift coverage (~9 PM EST) for critical deployment activities Support ATM-related deployment tasks when required Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune Good understanding of endpoint management (servers + workstations) Experience in application – deployment and patching Knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise IT operations Ability to work independently in night shift support model Nice-to-Have (Both Roles) Experience in banking / ATM environments Exposure to automation or scripting (PowerShell) Familiarity with incident/change management tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
