Job Description: Senior Ansible DevOps Engineer (L3)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ansible DevOps Engineer (L3) to lead automation and infrastructure optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in Ansible, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for enterprise environments.
2. Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
3. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and operational workflows.
4. Troubleshoot complex issues in infrastructure and application ecosystems, providing expert solutions.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps strategies.
7. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance.
Skill Requirements
Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible in large-scale environments.
2. Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and IaC principles.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, or similar).
4. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
5. Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control systems (Git).
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
8. Preferred Skills: Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and security/network automation.
9. Relevant certifications in DevOps, Ansible, or cloud platforms.
10. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in IT environments.
