Job Summary

The AWS Administrator is responsible for managing, monitoring, securing, and optimizing AWS cloud environments. The role includes L3 operational support, incident management, automation, security compliance, performance optimization, backup and disaster recovery, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Manage and administer AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Support EC2, VPC, EBS, S3, RDS, ELB, Lambda, EKS/ECS, and CloudWatch environments. Handle L3 incidents, escalations, problem management, and RCA activities. Implement security controls, IAM policies, GuardDuty, and Security Hub recommendations. Configure monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance optimization. Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements. Drive automation using AWS CLI, CloudFormation, Terraform, and scripting. Perform cost optimization through rightsizing and governance controls. Create operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Support audits, compliance, and governance reviews.
