Job Summary

• Manage and monitor Azure environments (VMs, storage, networking, databases) • Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions • Provision and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers) • Configure backup and disaster recovery using Azure Backup and ASR • Implement high availability and scaling solutions • Set up monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerts • Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC tools • Ensure security using RBAC, Key Vault, and Defender for Cloud • Perform patching and vulnerability remediation using update tools • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks • Strong experience in Azure Compute, Networking, and Storage • Hands-on with Azure Portal, PowerShell, and Azure CLI • Experience with Windows Server and basic Linux administration • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
