Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Expert in Azure Active Directory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents and compliance with quality standards. Your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also foster knowledge sharing and effective communication within teams and with stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant – Identity & Access Management to lead the execution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) datacentre migration to Microsoft Azure. The role will coordinate migration activities across infrastructure, application and security teams while ensuring successful migration, testing, deployment and production stabilization. The Associate Consultant will act as the technical lead for implementation activities under the guidance of the Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure On-Time Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents By Analyzing Azure Active Directory Issues And Implementing Solutions In Accordance With Agreed Slas. 2. Mentor Administrators And Team Members By Providing Guidance On Azure Active Directory Best Practices, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation. 3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance By Reviewing Processes And Participating In Capacity Planning Discussions Related To Azure Active Directory. 4. Actively Participate In Customer Meetings To Address Issues And Improve Customer Feedback And Satisfaction Regarding Azure Active Directory Services. 5. Conduct And Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis To Generate Reports That Support Performance Improvement Initiatives For Azure Active Directory Operations. Lead the implementation activities for migrating SailPoint IdentityIQ from the on-premises datacentre to Microsoft Azure.  Coordinate migration activities with infrastructure, database, network and security teams.  Execute migration of SailPoint IIQ configurations, connectors, scheduled tasks and integrations.  Validate Active Directory, LDAP, PKI and enterprise application integrations after migration.  Support application onboarding, provisioning, identity correlation, account aggregation and entitlement aggregation validation.  Prepare migration plan
