Minimum 8 years of working experience with Microsoft Directory Services on Windows Server 2016 R2 by having in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills on large geographically dispersed (enterprise) Active Directory Cross Forest infrastructure.\\\\r\\\\nGood experience on Active Directory Replication configurations & issues, proficient in doing recovery of AD Domain Controllers, AD disaster recovery and backup solution.\\\\r\\\\nGood Exposure to Group Policies creation & designing GPO processing and implementation, experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment.\\\\r\\\\nStrong knowledge and good hands hold experience in configuring & administering Active Directory Services like Federation Services (2.0 & 3.0), Certificate Services, Rights Management Services, Lightweight Directory Services, PKI Knowledge, Dynamic Access Control (DAC), DFSR, DFS & FRS.\\\\r\\\\nAdministration & management of core infrastructure services like FSMO Roles, DNS, IIS & WSUS configurations, TCP/IP, SMB, LDAP & Kerberos protocol services.\\\\r\\\\nExperience in complex infra delivery, People management, Operations, Senior stakeholder management and managing project.\\\\r\\\\nGood hands-on experience in Pow

Skill Requirements

Atleast two years of experience upon AWS Active Directory infrastructure. Minimum 8 years of experience in Managing Active Directory in large enterprise environment. Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting on premise active directory with Azure active directory. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Services like WSUS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, SMS, MOM, etc. Scripting knowledge /strong experience in VBScript, PowerShell preferred. Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred. Should be familiar with AD Performance, Scalability, availability, and DR concepts. Working experience in ITSM environment, Incident/ Change/ Problem Management etc. Possess the ability to work independently and as a strong team player with minimal management supervision and as part of nationwide team of engineers. Outstanding Customer service skills required. Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment. Troubleshooting and ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence. Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadline. Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Other Requirements

Should have certification for AZ-800, AZ801 and relevant. Should have certifications in Microsoft Azure/Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. Should have certifications on AWS Platform. ITIL (Version 3) Foundation Certified Ability to create technical value-added knowledge base (KB) articles/process documents to further enhance the new technologies in the project. People with prior IT experience in a Pharmaceutical Domain (Manufacturing or R&D) highly preferred Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of PowerShell Scripting, VBscript, and Batch script. VMWare Infrastructure Administration and Management : Proficient on VMware technologies like:-VMware High-Availability, VMware DRS, VMWare vCenter, VMware Vmotion, etc. Networking: Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge of SSL, VPNs, LAN/Wan, VLAN, Routers, Switches. Experience on other Microsoft products like SCCM, Exchange, Office-365, etc. Strong knowledge on Skype for Business Office Pro Plus and One Drive Good practices on configuration and handling Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, SLA metrics & Escalations to flow the various desired tasks/activities in the project.
