As a Cloud Platform Engineer – Container, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of cloud native and container based platforms. You will work closely with application teams, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable container platforms while maintaining strong customer focus and operational excellence. You will manage multiple priorities and deliverables, contribute to platform reliability and security, and actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Container Platform & Cloud Engineering • Design, develop, deploy, operate, and continuously improve container platform solutions across cloud environments. • Manage and support container platforms including Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), Kubernetes, and Docker. • Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS); exposure to AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage. • Support DevOps and GitOps practices using Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub. • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, ARM, BICEP, and Ansible. • Ensure platform stability through capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring. • Identify operational toil and automate repetitive tasks using scripts and IaC playbooks. • Maintain accurate configuration data and manage the CMDB to support automation and production processes • Collaborate in Agile / SAFe or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) ways of working. Security & Cybersecurity Operations • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s cybersecurity environment, architecture, and security products. • Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot security controls and security monitoring tools within container and cloud platforms. • Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents in detail and support L3 teams with RCA, log analysis, and data collection. • Fine tune security policies and participate in cybersecurity review calls related to change requests and risk mitigation. • Implement approved security changes and monitor security device performance, performing tuning when required. • Work closely with security tooling such as Prisma Cloud Compute (Twistlock) and enterprise observability platforms.Monitoring, Observability & Reliability • Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using: Prometheus, Grafana Azure Monitor Splunk Observability and Splunk Enterprise • Ensure proactive detection of incidents and performance degradation. • Measure and optimize system performance and capacity to anticipate future customer needs. Documentation, Reporting & Knowledge Transfer • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including: Configuration documents Operational runbooks Test plans and operational manuals• Enable structured knowledge transfer and operational training for L1/L2 teams.• Prepare accurate analyses, reports, andstatus updates highlighting project progress, risks, and challenges• Ensure high quality communication and reporting to internal stakeholders and customers

• 8–12 years of experience in public cloud and infrastructure domains. • Strong experience with containers and microservices architecture (Docker). • Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS). • Container platforms: Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), Kubernetes, Docker. • CI/CD tools: Argo CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins. • Version control and collaboration: Git, GitHub, GitOps. • IaC & configuration tools: Terraform, Helm, ARM, BICEP, Ansible. • Strong understanding of Linux (preferably Red Hat) and network fundamentals. • Database exposure: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server.
