SME - AzureMSSQL DBA, Microsoft Azure

Job Summary

As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the on-time resolution of escalations and incidents while adhering to quality standards. Your expertise in MSSQL and Azure MySQL will be pivotal in analyzing issues to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure On-Time Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents By Analyzing Issues Using Mssql And Azure Mysql, Adhering To Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas).
2. Mentor Administrators And Team Members On Best Practices In Database Management, While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), Maintaining Effective Documentation, And Facilitating Knowledge Sharing Initiatives.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, While Participating Actively In Capacity Planning Discussions And Strategies.
4. Engage With Customers In Meetings To Gather Feedback, Address Issues, And Ensure Positive Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication And Problem-Solving.
5. Validate And Analyze Root Cause And Trend Analyses, Presenting Findings And Actionable Insights To Key Business Stakeholders To Enhance Performance And Decision-Making.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Mssql Database Architecture And Azure Mysql Dba, Demonstrating Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
2. Solid Understanding Of Database Management Best Practices, Incident And Escalation Management, And Quality Compliance Standards.
3. Excellent Communication Skills With The Ability To Present Complex Information To Diverse Stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
