Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Support Solvay\'s A&C Process Owner to coordinate squad activities, acting as Product Owner (PO) deputy Interface with Service Owners to deploy and improve the Asset Management process — gather needs and convert into specifications for the CMDB Developer Create required documentation (process guides, operating procedures, runbooks) and follow up on deployment and hyper-care Act as liaison between Solvay governance and HCLTech CMDB Developer / service tower teams Coordinate CMDB data quality reviews and physical audit activities Asset lifecycle tracking, stock level monitoring, and reporting contributions SAM compliance monitoring and licence position reporting support
