As a Subject Matter Expert in Support & Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely resolution of escalations and incidents. Your expertise in CA Autosys and PowerShell will be instrumental in analyzing issues per SLA requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. This position emphasizes customer satisfaction and involves mentoring team members while facilitating effective communication with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets Using Ca Autosys And Powershell, Adhering To Agreed Slas And Quality Norms.
2. Mentor Administrators And Team Members While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Effective Documentation To Enhance Team Performance And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Assess Human Error Compliance, Participating Actively In Capacity Planning Discussions To Optimize Resources.
4. Drive Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings To Understand And Address Issues Faced.
5. Validate Analyses, Including Root Cause And Trend Analysis, Using Python To Generate Reports That Facilitate Performance Improvement And Inform Key Business Stakeholders.
