Job Summary

The ITSM Process Manager L2 (Change Management) is responsible for execution and governance support of Change Management processes within a managed services environment. The role focuses on managing Requests for Change (RFC), coordinating CAB activities, and ensuring SLA-driven change execution with minimal business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Requests for Change (RFC) • Classify, document, and track RFCs through closure • Maintain Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) • Coordinate and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

Skill Requirements

Ensure proper planning, testing, and implementation of approved changes • Track and manage change risks and ensure proper documentation of back-out plans • Monitor change execution and validate outcomes against expected results • Generate change management reports and dashboards • Perform quality checks and audits on change records • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and IT teams for change execution 

Other Requirements

Experience in ITIL Change Management processes • Hands-on experience with RFC tracking and CAB coordination • Knowledge of change risk and impact assessment • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
