Job Summary
This position will be responsible for administrating the HP Aruba ClearPass NAC. Your typical day will involve working with HP Aruba ClearPass NAC
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience on ClearPass deployment and Solution Designing. • Hands -on experience on: ClearPass Policy Manager and ClearPass Live Monitoring Posture policies, OnGuard, AD integration, Enforcement Policies Guest and BYOD solution TACACS migration System level configuration (like Clustering, licensing, device insight, certificate management, upgrade, downgrade, Reporting etc) Basic Switching & Routing knowledge • Define global standards, policies, and procedures relating to ClearPass Liaise with hardware vendors and business partners where required to resolve more challenging issues. • Hands on experience in commissioning and implementation of NAC solutions and integration with various authentication and authorization tools (Email/AD/PKI/IAM/SOC). • Creates technical documentation, diagrams, asset inventory and SOP documentation. • Assists in driving Patch updates, and upgradation as per the customer needs. • Should be able to Lead and mentor L1 & L2 Engineers. • Proficiency in decoding wireshark packet captures during priority incidents. • Assist the team to submit the RCA for any major issues within its SLA. • Create and maintain documentation for security procedures and protocols. • Undertakes routine and specialized tasks to report on the health of the network infrastructure as & when required. • Should be able to handle Incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager Independently Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to Aruba Clear Pass Handling the Clear Pass OnGuard agent issues. • Handling Authentication servers. • Maintaining and establishing policies as per the best practice. • Policy setting and enforcement.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in HP Aruba ClearPass NAC • Experience in designing and implementing NAC solutions. • Strong understanding of NAC solutions principles and best practices • Highly developed oral and written communications skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others. • High level of analytical ability. • Ability to work with others in a constructive and collaborative manner. • Ability to think critically; to recognize and anticipate a problem (operational, process, organizational) and to identify and implement the best solution in a timely manner. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Knowledge and understanding of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the information technology function.
