• 5-8 years of experience in Ping implementation or L3 level of support in Identity and Access Management.

General Description

• Implementation of different Ping Solutions for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Works closely with project manager and engagement manager to identify key IAM technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.
• Should be comfortable and knowledgeable regarding the challenges of B2E, B2B, B2C, and other IAM ecosystems.
• Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into different Ping solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in Implementation and Support of different Ping solutions.
• Hands on installation and configuration of PING Access and PING Fed.
• Hands-on experience to support:
  • Complete knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth.
  • PING Access and PING Federate architecture design hands-on.
  • Hands on experience with integrating application with PING Access and PING Federation.
  • Lead the implementation for PING Access across the Customer’s landscape.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging problems.
• Good expertise in technologies such as RDBMS, Linux LDAP and SSL.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of REST APIs.
• Work with cross functional teams for any issues related to application onboarding and troubleshooting.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
