L3 MAC Engineer (Device Management / Intune)
Key Responsibilities
L3 MAC (Move/Add/Change) Engineer with strong expertise in Device Management and Microsoft Intune to support end-user computing operations within a Global Service Desk (GSD) environment. The role will focus on advanced troubleshooting, endpoint management, and driving process improvements, while acting as a technical escalation point for L1/L2 teams. Advanced IMAC & Endpoint Management • Lead and manage complex IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) • Oversee device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management • Handle enterprise device refresh, migration, and onboarding/offboarding ________________________________________ L3 Escalation Support • Act as technical escalation point for L2 issues • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for endpoint, OS, and application issues • Resolve complex issues related to Windows/macOS, device policies, and configurations
Skill Requirements
Device Management & Intune (Core Skill) • Manage and administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager • Handle: o Device enrollment & provisioning (Autopilot) o Policy creation (compliance, security, configuration) o Application deployment & patching • Ensure endpoint compliance, security standards, and governance adherence ________________________________________ Infrastructure & Access Support • Troubleshoot VPN, network connectivity, and identity/access issues • Manage Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) • Support endpoint security and compliance enforcement
Other Requirements
Process & Governance • Ensure strict SLA adherence and ticket ownership till closure • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues • Contribute to: o Process improvements o Automation opportunities o Knowledge base enhancements
