Job Summary
The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely resolution of escalations and incidents within the Support & Operations team. This role emphasizes efficient analysis in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
We are seeking a skilled DDI Engineer with strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise DDI infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of network services. Experience with industry-leading DDI platforms such as TCPWave and QIP (QIP DDI solutions) will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise-wide DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) environments. Configure and maintain DNS zones, records, delegations, forwarders, conditional forwarders, and DNS security settings. Administer various DNS record types including: A Records AAAA Records CNAME Records MX Records PTR Records TXT Records SRV Records NS Records Design, configure, and troubleshoot DHCP scopes, reservations, options, failover, and relay configurations. Perform IP address management activities including subnet planning, IP allocation, utilization tracking, and IP lifecycle management. Monitor DDI infrastructure performance and proactively address service issues. Conduct root cause analysis for DNS/DHCP-related incidents and implement permanent fixes. Work closely with Network, Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to support business applications. Implement best practices for DNS security, availability, and compliance. Support migration, upgrade, and consolidation projects involving DDI platforms. Develop and maintain DDI-related operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation, While Facilitating Knowledge Sharing To Enhance Team Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Optimize Resource Utilization.
4. Foster Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Engaging In Customer Meetings To Understand And Address Any Operational Challenges They Face.
5. Conduct And Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Preparing Insightful Reports To Facilitate Performance Improvements And Presenting Findings To Key Business Stakeholders.
