Role Title: Technical lead/ Engineer for Workspace Deployment
Responsibilities
● Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role (must)
● Experience in deployment and configuration of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive + Editors, Sites, Mobile access, Chat, and Meet ) (must)
● Conduct workshops to configure of core Google Workspace products and Showcase Google Admin console roles and advisement (must)
● Experience in providing security recommendations for administrative settings in admin console (must)
● Experience in Data migration from various source such as (one drive , exchange , Box etc ) to Google Workspace using various tools such as Google workspace migrate (must)
● Hands on experience in technical architecture to support administration, security, and collaboration (must)
(Primary domain and secondary domain structure design , Identity management architecture, User provisioning strategy and automation, Mail routing, Security and administration, Networking, Chrome & endpoint management, Mobile )
● Experience in using Gemini for Workspace , Appsheet and Appscript (good to have)
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation, Promoting Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols While Participating In Capacity Planning Activities For Gcp Resources.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings, Understanding Issues Faced, And Providing Effective Solutions That Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct And Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause And Trend Analysis Within Gcp, Preparing Reports That Enhance Task Performance And Are Presented To Key Business Stakeholders.
