As a Test and Release Manager with German, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of our software products. You will oversee the end-to-end testing and release management processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. - Test Strategy Development: Design and implement robust test strategies and plans for all software releases, covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Test Execution Oversight: Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring adherence to test plans and achievement of testing objectives.
- Release Management: Manage the complete release lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking releases across various environments.
- Quality Assurance: Define, establish, and enforce high standards and processes for quality assurance to ensure the reliability, scalability, and optimal performance of software releases.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and issues related to testing and release activities; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, operations, and other stakeholders to align release priorities, timelines, and requirements.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates, detailed reports, and relevant metrics on testing and release activities, highlighting progress, issues, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- German language professional proficiency
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in software testing, release management, and project management within large-scale or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated), quality assurance processes, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with release management tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Git, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.
