Role Description & Requirements:
Responsibilities:
■ Lead and manage multiple Google Cloud projects involving multiple teams for tier 1
enterprise and public sector organisations.
■ Oversee the transition from sales discussions to actual project delivery, including
initiation, planning resources, setting schedules, and managing project finances.
■ Ensure projects are delivered effectively by tracking progress, reporting status, and
planning for potential risks.
■ Actively manage and resolve any project risks, issues, or actions to keep things on track
and meet deadlines.
■ Verify the quality of work delivered by both Google and partner teams against contract
obligations.
■ Manage project scope, making sure requirements are clear, prioritized, and aligned with
work that might be done by Google Cloud Professional Services and/or partners.
■ Maintain accurate project systems for forecasting resources and financials.
■ Handle all tasks necessary to formally close out projects, including holding
retrospectives to learn from the experience.
■ Stakeholder management and negotiations throughout the project, including internal
Google teams, clients, and partners.
■ Project hygiene across all internal systems eg: CRM, Project planners, financial systems,
etc
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation, Promoting Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols While Participating In Capacity Planning Activities For Gcp Resources.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings, Understanding Issues Faced, And Providing Effective Solutions That Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct And Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause And Trend Analysis Within Gcp, Preparing Reports That Enhance Task Performance And Are Presented To Key Business Stakeholders.
