Job Summary

The HP UX Subject Matter Expert plays a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents within the Support & Operations domain. This position emphasizes the importance of analytical skills, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to the organization's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee And Ensure The On-Time Resolution Of Escalated Incidents By Applying Hp Ux Administration Best Practices, Effectively Adhering To Sla And Quality Standards.
2. Mentor Team Members In Hp Ux Administration And Cloud Technologies, Prepare Standard Operating Procedures, And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Monitor Human Error Compliance While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Initiatives Related To Npar And Vpar Configurations.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Participating In Customer Meetings, Addressing Concerns, And Ensuring A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication And Problem Resolution.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis Using Kpis To Validate Findings And Prepare Reports For Key Business Stakeholders, Facilitating Informed Decision-Making And Continuous Improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Hp Ux Administration With A Solid Understanding Of Npar And Vpar Configurations.
2. Experience With Service Guard For High Availability Solutions.
3. Familiarity With Azure Cloud Services And Kubernetes For Deployment And Orchestration.
