Job Summary

OT Security Engineer\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary:\\\\r\\\\nWe are seeking a skilled L2 OT Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Cyolo Secure Remote Access (SRA) solutions to support, maintain, and enhance secure connectivity within Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves troubleshooting, deployment support, and ensuring secure access to critical industrial assets while complying with industry standards.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\nSupport for Cyolo Secure Remote Access platform deployments and implementation.\\\\r\\\\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring incidents.\\\\r\\\\nAssist in deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Cyolo components including gateways, connectors, and agents.\\\\r\\\\nConfigure role-based access control (RBAC), secure tunnels, and zero-trust access policies.\\\\r\\\\nIntegrate Cyolo with Identity Providers (IdP) such as Azure AD, LDAP, or SSO solutions.\\\\r\\\\nMonitor sessions and enforce least privilege access principles.\\\\r\\\\nMonitor system health, logs, and alerts for any suspicious or unauthorized activities\\\\r\\\\nSupport integration with SCADA, PLC, DCS systems, and other OT assets.\\\\r\\\\nMaintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills:\\\\r\\\\nHands-on experience with Cyolo Secure Remote Access (SRA) or similar solutions (e.g., Secomea, Fortinet, Zscaler, BeyondTrust).\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs).\\\\r\\\\nExperience with identity and access management (IAM) and SSO technologies.\\\\r\\\\nFamiliarity with Zero Trust Architecture and secure remote access concepts.\\\\r\\\\nQualifications:\\\\r\\\\n2-5+ Years of experience with OT Focus\\\\r\\\\nCertifications such as GICSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or Cyolo-specific certifications.
