Job Summary

2.2 License Optimization • Perform recurring license utilization reviews using approved usage and deployment data to identify inactive, underused, or misallocated licenses. • Recommend and coordinate reclamation or reallocation actions that reduce unnecessary spend, improve license availability, and support renewal decision-making

Key Responsibilities

2.3 License Compliance & Reporting • Produce monthly and ad hoc compliance and usage reporting that reflects entitlement, deployment, and utilization status for in-scope software publishers. • Maintain an accurate effective license position by reconciling entitlements, deployments, and approved exceptions, and by escalating material discrepancies or compliance risks for review. 2.4 Application Onboarding • Coordinate onboarding activities for new or changed business applications entering the managed EUC environment, ensuring required inputs, ownership details, and support readiness are captured before progression. • Validate onboarding requests for completeness, approval readiness, and alignment with defined EUC controls prior to submission for formal review or implementation. 2.5 ServiceNow Platform Support • Support ServiceNow change delivery by executing or coordinating user acceptance testing and regression validation for EUC-relevant workflows, documenting defects clearly, and confirming readiness before release decisions are finalized. 2.6 SAM Foundation Module Management Maintain the SAM Foundation data set required to support reliable reporting, reconciliation, and audit readiness, including updates to: • Entitlement records, including purchase and contract-aligned licensing data • Deployment and usage data required to support effective license position calculations • Reconciliation records and exception updates needed to maintain current compliance visibility

Skill Requirements

The resource is responsible for execution, coordination, validation, and reporting within approved processes; final business approvals, budget ownership, and commercial decisions remain with designated MDLZ owners.\\\\r\\\\n• This scope does not include vendor contract negotiation, procurement ownership, or approval authority beyond the workflows and controls explicitly assigned to the role.\\\\r\\\\n• Achievement of reporting accuracy and reconciliation outcomes depends on the availability, completeness, and timeliness of source data from approved systems and stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\n• ServiceNow testing support covers EUC-relevant validation activities and defect reporting; final release approval remains with the designated platform or process owner.\\\\r\\\\n

Other Requirements

Consistent achievement of MDLZ SLA targets for ticket response, fulfilment, and resolution, with timely escalation where required. • Accurate, decision-ready compliance and utilization reporting delivered according to agreed monthly and ad hoc reporting needs. • Demonstrated identification and follow-through of optimization opportunities that improve license efficiency, reduce avoidable spend, or increase license reuse. • Effective coordination with EUC teams, approvers, vendors, and platform stakeholders to prevent delays, resolve blockers, and maintain service quality.
