Job Summary

Develop and maintain the strategic vision and technical roadmap for IAM, ensuring alignment with evolving technologies, business needs, and industry best practices. Serve as the technical authority on all IAM decisions, providing guidance and escalation support for lower-level IAM specialists

Key Responsibilities

Oversee identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes to ensure secure employee lifecycle management.Privileged Access Management (PAM): Regulate, monitor, and secure access for highly privileged administrative accounts.Automations: Drive automation of identity syncing, policy enforcement, and reporting using scripting tools like PowerShell or Python
