Job Summary

Job Summary : PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage platform configuration, update sets, and instance health across dev, test, and production environments • Administer user access, roles, groups, and ACLs in alignment with NVIDIA’s least-privilege security policies • Security Administration: own identity governance, SSO configuration, encryption settings, audit log management, and vulnerability remediation on the platform • Monitor and respond to security alerts, access anomalies, and compliance violations within the ServiceNow instance • Own the upgrade planning and execution cycle in partnership with the PO/COE Lead and ServiceNow Impact • Monitor platform performance, uptime, and error logs; proactively escalate issues before they impact business users • Manage integrations, MID servers, and third-party connection configurations • Support audit, compliance, and data governance activities — including SOX, SOC 2, and GDPR where applicable • Maintain platform documentation: configuration runbooks, security SOPs, and admin procedures

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, and maintain OOTB / custom ServiceNow applications and workflows per PO/COE Lead-approved architecture • Develop using AI agent studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies • Integration Specialist scope: design and build REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and NVIDIA’s CRM, ERP, data platforms, and third-party tools • Build and maintain Integration Hub spokes and custom integration solutions • Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and technical design reviews with the PO/COE Lead • Ensure code quality through peer review, unit testing, and strict adherence to COE-defined coding standards. Maintain technical documentation for all custom builds and integrations • Expert in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow-specific APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal (AngularJS/Widget development), and the Workspace/UI Builder framework.
