Job Summary

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong IAM/UAM domain expertise to bridge business requirements and technical solutions related to Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in access governance, role-based access controls, user lifecycle management, compliance requirements, and stakeholder management across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IAM/UAM initiatives. • Work with business stakeholders, application owners, security teams, and technology teams to define access management requirements. • Analyze existing access management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. • Define and document user onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification processes. • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows. • Support IAM implementations, migrations, and enhancement projects. • Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews. • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls. • Collaborate with IAM architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployment activities. • Track project deliverables and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. ________________________________________ Required Skills IAM / UAM Domain Knowledge • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. • Hands-on knowledge of User Access Management (UAM) processes. • Experience in: o User Provisioning & De-provisioning o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) o Access Certification & Recertification o Segregation of Duties (SoD) o Privileged Access Management (PAM) o Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes Business Analysis • Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. • Experience creating: o BRD o FRD o User Stories o Use Cases o Process Flow Diagrams o Gap Analysis Documents • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. IAM Tools Exposure Experience with one or more IAM platforms: • SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow • Saviynt • Okta • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) • CyberArk • Ping Identity • ForgeRock Security & Compliance • Understanding of Information Security principles. • Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and audit requirements. • Experience supporting internal and external audits. Tools & Methodologies • JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow • Visio, Lucidchart, MS Office Suite • Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Experience in IAM transformation or migration projects. • Knowledge of Cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Exposure to SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML. • Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP concepts. • Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Enterprise Security domains. • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
