SME - Identity And Access Management, Service-Oriented Architecture

Job Summary

 The Johnson & Johnson external identity (xIAM) team is looking to add 2 Full Stack developers to our team to help deliver and design our OneTrust platform for Consent and Preference Management. The people in this role will work as part of an agile team delivering features on our OneTrust platform, with specific focus on preference center build, collection point APIs, and data migraitions OneTrust and the OneTrust CPM module are niche skillsets, we our focus is on someone who is willing to learn, adapt, and put in the effort, just as we did when we first introduced these technologies into our stack. Any candidate with OneTrust experience will be of interest. Experience Levels • Senior Role: 8+ years of experience • Junior Role: 3+ years of experience Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with at least one modern UI framework such as Angular or React. • Proficiency in Angular 8+ / React, TypeScript, Core JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of API design best practices. • Experience with Node.js and a strong understanding of the npm ecosystem and package management. • Good understanding of automation practices, including test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Teradata, and OneTrust Consent Management Module. • Agile Experience o JIRA o Story refinement & sizing o Delivering in 2 week sprints o Virtual teaming across multiple time-zones Preferred Skills • Hands-on experience with OneTrust Workflows. • Experience with OneTrust Consent Management Module (OneTrust CPM), including APIs, Collection Points, and Preference Centers. Nice to Have • Experience working on Consent Management, Data Privacy, or Regulatory Compliance initiatives. • Experience with Okta installation, integration, and deployment in enterprise environments. • Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IAG), including: o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) o Access Request Management o Access Certification and Review Processes • Domain Expertise in any of the following areas o Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Technology o Identity and Access Management (IAM) o Privacy and Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
