Job Summary

 Expert-level administration of JAMF Pro. • macOS device lifecycle management. • Apple Business Manager (ABM), ADE/DEP, and Apps & Books/VPP. • Smart Groups, Static Groups, Extension Attributes, and Advanced Searches. • macOS patch management and OS upgrade deployments. • Package creation using JAMF Composer. • Application deployment and software catalog management. • JAMF Protect administration and policy management. • SSO integration with Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or similar IAM solutions. • Certificate management and Wi-Fi/VPN profile deployment. • Compliance and security baselines for macOS. • Bash/Shell scripting for automation. • Troubleshooting complex macOS, JAMF, and application issues. Preferred Skills • JAMF 400 certification (preferred). • JAMF 300 certification (mandatory/preferred). • Experience with Intune + JAMF integration. • Experience with Conditional Access and device compliance. • Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint, Zscaler, or similar endpoint security tools.
