Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Ansible Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Infrastructure Automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX. The candidate will be responsible for creating reusable automation frameworks, developing complex playbooks and roles, integrating Ansible with ITSM and cloud platforms, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical leadership to the automation team.\\r\\n\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections.\\r\\nBuild and manage automation workflows using Ansible Tower/AWX.\\r\\nAutomate server provisioning, configuration management, patching, application deployment, and compliance activities.\\r\\nIntegrate Ansible with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and monitoring platforms.\\r\\nDevelop reusable automation frameworks and coding standards.\\r\\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.\\r\\nTroubleshoot complex automation failures and production issues.\\r\\nManage inventory structures, secrets management, and role-based access control.\\r\\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to identify automation opportunities.\\r\\nMentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance.\\r\\nDrive automation governance, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.\\r\\nRequired Technical Skills\\r\\nStrong expertise in Ansible Core, Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, Templates (Jinja2), and Variables.\\r\\nHands-on experience with Ansible Tower/AWX administration.\\r\\nProficiency in Python, Shell Scripting, and YAML.\\r\\nExperience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).\\r\\nKnowledge of Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.\\r\\nExperience with REST API integrations.\\r\\nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.\\r\\nKnowledge of Windows server automation using Ansible.\\r\\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
