Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Operations Engineer to manage, deploy, and maintain Azure Stack HCI and Azure Hub environments within our enterprise lab infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of lab systems, while driving continuous improvements through updates, patching, automation, and AI-assisted operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong experience with Azure Stack HCI and/or Azure Hub deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering. · Experience with Azure Arc and hybrid cloud management. · Solid understanding of enterprise hardware (Dell, HPE) and storage systems. · Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnets, PXE boot, IPMI/iDRAC/iLO). · Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across hardware and software layers. · Experience with patch management and compliance processes. · Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. · Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot CLI) for scripting, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
