Job Summary

Wintel Steady State Engineer for Wella IT Managed Services covering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 admin, Active Directory Hybrid ops, patch management and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

1) L2 Windows Server admin (patch, monitor, incident, change). 2) AD user and group admin per RBAC. 3) Follow runbooks authored during Learn phase. 4) Support DR test participation. 5) Meet SLA and XLA per Wella XMO governance. 6) Author KEDB entries. 7) Adhere to HCL ISMS. 8) Support cross-tower incident bridge participation.

Skill Requirements

3-5 years Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; Active Directory Hybrid; GPO, DNS, DHCP; PowerShell; ITIL v4.

Other Requirements

 Excellent communication skills; flexibility for shifts (24x7 rotational for L1/L2); willingness to work from Noida/Lucknow ODC; adherence to HCL ISMS and Wella data protection standards.
