Job Summary
The 0365/Active Directory Specialist is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments. This role ensures seamless integration, security, and performance within enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on user management, authentication, and access control.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Office 365 and Active Directory services, including user provisioning, group policies, and permissions. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for optimal service delivery. • Support migration projects, upgrades, and integration of new technologies within the O365 and AD environments. • Ensure compliance with security protocols, conduct regular audits, and respond to incidents related to identity and access management. • Collaborate with IT teams to automate processes, improve workflows, and maintain documentation.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Optimize Resource Allocation.
4. Foster Positive Customer Feedback And Satisfaction By Actively Engaging In Customer Meetings To Identify And Address Issues Within O365 Environments.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, To Compile Reports That Facilitate Performance Improvements, Presenting Findings To Key Business Stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience with Office 365 administration and Active Directory management. • Strong understanding of security best practices, identity management, and cloud integration. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MS-100, MS-101) are preferred.
