Job Summary
Working experience in On-premises Exchange 2019 / SE and M365 workloads (EXO, SPO, Teams & one Drive). • Working experience in Exchange 2019 HA / Database Availability Group • Working experience in Hybrid Mail flow, Edge Servers, Security and exchange patching • Knowledge of Client connectivity • Proficiency in scripting / PowerShell.
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Support Administrators And Team Members, Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation While Sharing Knowledge Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning For Ms Exchange Environments.
4. Engage In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Address Concerns, Ensuring Positive Customer Experiences And Satisfaction With Ms Exchange Services.
5. Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Preparing Reports To Enhance Task Performance And Present Insights To Key Business Stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
5 to 10 years’ experience in Exchange 2019 / 2016 – On-premises and M365 Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Any Certification on M365 / Exchange / SharePoint will be an added advantage.
