Job Summary

SCCM & Intune L3 AdministratorRole Overview:The SCCM & Intune L3 Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, andmanagement of Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions, including SCCM and Intune. Thisrole involves advanced troubleshooting, automation, and support for endpointmanagement across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain SCCM and Intune environments.• Design and implement endpoint management strategies including OS deployment,patching, and application distribution.• Manage device provisioning, compliance policies, and security baselines.• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for endpoint-related issues.• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or other tools.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment and support activities.• Monitor system performance and generate reports on compliance, health, anddeployment status.• Support Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning for Windows devices.• Ensure integration with Azure AD, Active Directory, and other infrastructurecomponents.• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune).• Expertise in Operating System Deployment (OSD), Autopilot, and Co-management.• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.• Experience with patch management, application packaging, and deployment.• Familiarity with 802.1x network configuration on Windows and macOS.• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting.• Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Experience:• Working in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.• Experience with cloud-based management and modern endpoint strategies.• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks.

1. Proficient In Sccm/Sms With A Strong Understanding Of Client Lifecycle Management And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Directory Services And Their Application In Support Operations
3. Excellent Analytical Skills To Perform Root Cause And Trend Analysis
4. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Stakeholder Engagement
