Job Summary
The Intune L3 Resource is responsible for providing advanced support and administration for Microsoft Intune environments. This role ensures seamless device management, security compliance, and troubleshooting at the enterprise level. The individual will act as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate closely with IT teams to optimize mobile device management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary escalation point for Intune-related incidents and requests at Level 3. • Manage and administer Intune policies, configurations, and deployments for mobile devices and desktops. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and compliance policies. • Work with security teams to implement and maintain device security standards and compliance. • Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing. • Provide guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams. • Participate in Intune upgrade projects, migrations, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
Skill Requirements
Expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and device management. • Strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android device platforms. • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Mobile Application Management (MAM). • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. • Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and provide root cause analysis.
Other Requirements
Project management experience is a plus. • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management best practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
