Job Summary
Deep expertise in Windows 11 OS, feature updates, servicing channels and upgrade paths Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management via Microsoft Intune Proficiency in Autopilot provisioning and zero-touch/white-glove deployment scenarios Strong command of various Intune configuration profiles, and security baselines Working knowledge of BitLocker, TPM, Secure Boot, and hardware-based security requirements Patch and update management expertise on Windows Autopatch Strong knowledge on application packages that Intune supports and their deployment skills (Win32, MSIX, Intune app deployment, dependency management) Scripting/automation capability in PowerShell for configuration, remediation, and reporting tasks Understanding of hybrid/Entra ID join, SSO, conditional access policies, and their impact on client provisioning Reliability/performance troubleshooting using Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, WPR/WPA traces Solution Expectations Support the AMC engineering squad in the development and continuous improvement of the product, working collaboratively as an active member of the squad Deliver assigned user stories on time and to a high standard of quality, meeting the agreed acceptance criteria and definition of done Actively participate in technical discussions, reviews, and other related forums, contributing expertise and sharing knowledge with the team Proactively bring forward ideas and improvements that positively influence the development, quality, and direction of the product Analyse and design solutions for new requirements, translating business and technical needs into workable product features General understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (good to have)
