Job Summary
AV Supporter is a team player with good communication skills and with a focus on maintaining Video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms, ensuring that all ports are working fine, connectivity is active and all equipment is in good shape for video conference calls from meeting/conference rooms
Key Responsibilities
Main focus of the job is to perform regular check of all meeting rooms that are assigned to the supporter for investigation and apply corrections. Work close with Onsite IT Supporters to ensure all equipment is checked and replaced when necessary and documented correctly when given out or handed back in. Maintain awareness of stock levels and inform management when orders for re-stock are needed
Skill Requirements
Perform meeting room support by proactively checking all equipment in meeting/conference rooms. - Perform regular checks on available stock in storage and update Asset Management team if needed. Add new inventory in Asset Management system - Provide live assistance when required and provide face to face assistance during ongoing client meetings/conference. - Update status and prepare old equipment for retirement - Collaborate and engage with different business teams on IT related matters

Job Description : - Fluent in oral and written English. Strong focus on spoken communication to be at a high level.\\\\r\\\\n- Appropriate service management program (ITIL foundation certification preferred, but not a requirement, as this can be provided)\\\\r\\\\n- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ticket handling \\\\r\\\\n- Good technical knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Webex, Windows 10/ Windows 11, 0365 environment, hardware; infrastructure and IOS devices\\\\r\\\\n- Experience working in an international environment is an asset\\\\r\\\\n- Previous experience working in a 24/7 organization & willingness to travel on regular basis\\\\r\\\\n- Knowledge of agile working method. \\\\r\\\\n
