Remote installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software

Problem treatment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in hardware, software, and network-related topics

Replacement of hardware components in assistance with Key users
4. Remote diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents via remote access tools
5. Identification and resolution of system, application, and connectivity issues
6. Ticket handling within a ticket system (incident, request, change handling)
7. Installation, enrollment, and troubleshooting of Intune for mobile device management
8. Collaboration with 2nd/3rd level support teams and external vendors
9. Troubleshooting of M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Essential know how and skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite
Basic understanding of server operating systems and network fundamentals
Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Advantageous: SAP basics, mobile device management
