Job Summary
Main focus of the job is to perform regular check of all meeting rooms that are assigned to the supporter for investigation and apply corrections. Work close with Onsite IT Supporters to ensure all equipment is checked and replaced when necessary and documented correctly when given out or handed back in. Maintain awareness of stock levels and inform management when orders for re-stock are needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform meeting room support by proactively checking all equipment in meeting/conference rooms. - Perform regular checks on available stock in storage and update Asset Management team if needed. Add new inventory in Asset Management system - Provide live assistance when required and provide face to face assistance during ongoing client meetings/conference. - Update status and prepare old equipment for retirement - Collaborate and engage with different business teams on IT related matters
