SME - Network LAN/WAN

Job Summary

Manage and optimize WAN/SD-WAN connectivity (Silver Peak, MPLS, broadband, internet circuits) - Configure SD-WAN policies, tunnels, and traffic steering - Manage Aruba LAN/WLAN infrastructure including switches, APs, Aruba Central - Configure VLANs, routing, segmentation, and enterprise network policies - Manage Aruba ClearPass for NAC, RADIUS, 802.1x authentication - Implement role-based access and device onboarding policies - Support network security, segmentation, and SASE integrations - Perform real-time monitoring, alert analysis, and SLA tracking - Troubleshoot SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, and authentication issues as L3 escalation - Maintain IP schemas, routing tables, and device configurations - Perform firmware upgrades, change management, and compliance checks - Coordinate with OEM vendors (Aruba, Silver Peak) and telecom providers - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance reports

Skill Requirements

Provide L2-level support, engineering, and optimization for enterprise network services with focus on HPE Aruba LAN/WLAN, Aruba ClearPass (NAC), and SD-WAN (Aruba Silver Peak). Ensure secure and high-performance connectivity across global environments.
