Job Summary
We are looking for a Consultant (L3) with deep expertise in enterprise wireless architecture, design, and implementation across Cisco, Juniper Mist, and Aruba platforms. The role demands technical leadership, solution ownership, and customer-facing consulting, driving end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end network solution lifecycle: Design → Implementation → Optimization → L3 Support • Lead wireless architecture design for enterprise environments using: o Juniper Mist (AI-driven wireless, Marvis) o Cisco 9800 WLC & AireOS platforms o Aruba WLAN solutions • Architect and deliver WAN, LAN, and Wireless solutions for new site rollouts and transformations • Provide technical leadership in customer engagements, workshops, and design discussions • Drive greenfield deployments, migrations, and large-scale upgrades • Design and implement: o HA (SSO) Wireless Architectures o Mobility & Anchor solutions for guest access o Secure WLAN (ISE / AAA integration) • Define and review HLDs/LLDs, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer requirements • Act as L3 escalation point for critical network and wireless issues
Skill Requirements
Routing, Switching & Integration • Strong expertise in: o BGP, OSPF, EIGRP • Advanced switching concepts: o VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, Stack, VSS o HSRP, VRRP (High Availability) • Integration across: o Cisco Catalyst (9300), ISR 4000 series o Juniper EX/SRX (Mist-integrated environments) ________________________________________ Operations, Tools & Automation • Expertise in: o Cisco Prime (templates, heatmaps, reporting, OVA deployment) o Mist Cloud / Aruba Central (operational awareness) • Strong troubleshooting across: o DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, FTP, TFTP • Drive structured documentation: o HLD, LLD, SOPs, Runbooks o Network topology using Visio
