Consistent track record in network operations. Experience with networking products from at least one vendor such as Cisco / Arista / Cumulus (Mellanox) / Juniper. Problem-Solving and Communication: Detailed problem-solving approach, critical thinking, coupled with good interpersonal skills and a solid grasp of ownership and drive. Should be comfortable working in shifts. Nice to Have (Definite Plus): Citrix / F5 Load Balancers experience EVPN skills Wireless technology CCNP certification is desirable. CCIE is a massive plus. Key Responsibilities
Deliverable 1: Work on the operational aspect of the network infrastructure, ensuring its high availability and reliability. Actively work on network incidents and service requests. ▸ Deliverable 2: Monitor network performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement refinements. ▸ Deliverable 3: Partner with architecture and deployment teams to guarantee that new implementations are supportable and align with production standards. ▸ Deliverable 4: Discover opportunities for operational improvements and teaming up with colleagues to devise solutions that enhance excellence and sustainability in network operations. ▸ Deliverable 5: Collaborate with domain experts across functions to resolve production issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer happiness. ▸ Deliverable 6: Proactively identifying and mitigating network risks to promote continuous improvement. ▸ Deliverable 7: Conduct blameless postmortems and follow through on Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
