Job Summary : The Pulse VPN and Proxy Team is a critical part of ensuring seamless network operations and security across Microsoft’s global infrastructure. The team operates within defined SLAs, providing 24x7 support for network services, focusing on VPN and Proxy environments. The role requires expertise in triaging, incident management, escalation handling, vendor coordination, and inter-team collaboration to maintain high availability and performance of network services. Job Responsibilities : • Troubleshoot and investigate network incidents impacting VPN and Proxy services, ensuring swift resolution to minimize operational impact. • Engage escalation teams and DRIs to analyze and address outage scenarios. • Escalate unresolved Network issues through appropriate management channels if not resolved within SLA. • Manage TAC creation, New VM deployments, and Pulse VM configuration, including coordination with remote hands for physical tasks. • Troubleshoot Proxy server connectivity issues and onboard the firewall source and destination based on customer requirements • Create and deliver clear and concise technical reports, outage summaries, and periodic performance metrics. • Drive regular meetings with stakeholders to address customer requirements and formulate actionable plans. • Provide process and technical training to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill enhancement. • Establish and maintain high standards, ethics, and best practices across the team. • Foster collaboration in a cross-functional, global environment across multiple time zones.Job Description : The Pulse VPN and Proxy Team is a critical part of ensuring seamless network operations and security across Microsoft’s global infrastructure. Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : 7+ year of Experience in Network Security/LAN Networking. CCNP/Azure Certificates is highly preferred with hands-on VPN troubleshooting and proxy firewall troubleshooting experience. Any Graduate with English medium education throughout Academics.
