Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Operations) plays a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards and SLAs. This position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, mentoring, and strategic analysis to drive continuous improvement in support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support HP NonStop Tandem environment covering DBA and Infra operations, ensuring system stability, database performance, replication support, and production issue resolution in a high-availability setup.

Skill Requirements

Provide production support and handle incident troubleshootingManage database operations (SQL/MP, Enscribe – backup, recovery, space)Support replication (RDF) and system monitoringPerform performance monitoring and tuningSupport Pathway environments and system configurationsWork on TACL scripting and operational activitiesEnsure high availability and system uptime

Other Requirements

  • Strong experience in HP NonStop / Tandem (NSK)Mandatory: SQL/MP + EnscribeMandatory: TACL scriptingExposure to Pathway / TMF / RDF (any 1–2)Experience in production / infra support roles
