Job Summary

WMS Support Engineer – Key Requirements & Responsibilities\r\n\r\n• Provide L2 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)\r\n• Support core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping\r\n• Perform SQL-based data analysis for issue investigation, validation, and RCA\r\n• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integration failures\r\n• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external partners for resolution\r\n• Support production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements\r\n• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles\r\n• Provide support during business critical and peak warehouse operations\r\n\r\nSkills & Qualifications\r\n• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)\r\n• Strong WMS functional and technical knowledge\r\n• Hands-on experience with SQL queries\r\n• Working knowledge of EDI concepts and transactions\r\n• Understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations\r\n• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\r\n
