WMS Support Engineer – Key Requirements & ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Support core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shippingPerform SQL-based data analysis for issue investigation, validation, and RCAMonitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integration failuresCoordinate with business users, IT teams, and external partners for resolutionSupport production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancementsMaintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesProvide support during business‑critical and peak warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Create Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) That Document Processes And Best Practices In Oracle And Postgresql Administration, Ensuring Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, Utilizing Postgresql And Oracle Administration Skills To Participate In Capacity Planning Discussions And Activities.
4. Engage Actively In Customer Meetings To Gather Feedback And Address Issues, Leveraging Your Expertise In Oracle And Postgresql To Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Build Strong Relationships.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Using Oracle And Postgresql Data To Generate Reports That Facilitate Performance Improvements, Presenting Insights To Key Business Stakeholders.
