Job Summary

1. Deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting complex enterprise-level applications while collaborating with cross functional teams. 2. Collaborate with client & operation teams to identify automation solutions. 3. Contribute to continuous service improvement by challenging, reviewing, updating and where inexistent, creating processes and procedures to drive operational excellence. 4. Create customized dashboards for creating proactive incidents and help in reducing number of reactive incidents handled by Service Desk. (Contact Reduction) 5. Collaborate with Vendor incase of any issues with Aternity Agent. 6. Maintain documentation of processes and runbooks for Aternity Platform. 7. Custom Activity creation for web applications with Aternity web activity creator.
