Job Summary
The DC Site Lead is responsible for managing the overall operations OF data center, ensuring 24x7 service delivery, governance, SLA compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role serves as the primary interface with the client and stakeholders, driving operational excellence, audit compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-security banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end data center service delivery ensuring adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational targets • Act as the primary client interface for Deutsche Bank and colocation provider stakeholders • Drive governance through regular service reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) • Manage major incidents (P1/P2) including escalation oversight and resolution governance • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements (SOC, TVRA, BaFin, GDPR) • Lead Change Management and participate in CAB discussions • Oversee capacity planning including power, space, and cooling optimization • Ensure CMDB and asset data accuracy in line with operational standards • Manage vendor performance including OEMs and facility providers • Drive audit readiness and support audit lifecycle including evidence and reporting • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, KOPs, and security policies • Lead workforce management including rostering, productivity, and performance • Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency • Provide executive dashboards and reporting to stakeholders • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Other Requirements
CDCP / CDCS Certification (preferred) • ITIL Foundation Certification • 7-9 years of experience in data center operations and infrastructure services • Strong experience in managing mission-critical environments • Experience in banking or regulated environment preferred • Proven track record of managing SLA-driven operations • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
