Job Summary

Job Description – PMO (Project Management Office) Role Title: PMO Analyst / PMO Lead Location: Chennai / Noida / Bengaluru (Offshore) or Onsite (as required) Engagement: IT Infrastructure / Application / Cloud Programs (Healthcare/Regulated Environment) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support large-scale IT service delivery programs. The role involves working closely with project managers, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to ensure governance, reporting, and operational efficiency across the program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Governance & Reporting Drive weekly/monthly governance calls and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) Publish dashboards covering delivery, risks, dependencies, and KPIs Track action items, decisions, and escalations Project & Program Support Support end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure) Track milestones, deliverables, and SLA adherence Ensure adherence to ITIL / Agile / organizational processes Stakeholder Management Coordinate with delivery leads, onsite/offshore teams, and client stakeholders Act as a single point of contact for project coordination topics Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams Resource & Demand Management Track resource onboarding/offboarding and allocation Support hiring demand tracking (PRFs, interviews, onboarding status) Maintain resource utilization and forecasting reports Risk & Compliance Management Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (e.g., J&J standards) Track audit requirements and documentation Financial & Operational Tracking Assist in effort tracking, billing inputs, and cost tracking Support financial governance and reporting activities Required Skills & Experience 3–10 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Delivery Operations Strong experience in: Governance & reporting (dashboards, trackers) Stakeholder coordination Resource and demand management Hands-on experience with: MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Tools like ServiceNow / Jira (preferred) Knowledge of ITIL / Agile methodologies Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Certifications PMP / PRINCE2 (optional) ITIL Foundation / ITIL V4 Scrum Master (good to have) Key Attributes Strong coordination and multitasking ability Detail-oriented and process driven Ability to work in global (onsite-offshore) delivery model Experience in regulated environments (Healthcare / Pharma) preferred Typical Deliverables Weekly status reports & executive dashboards RAID logs and governance trackers Hiring and onboarding status reports Meeting minutes and action trackers
