Job Summary
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for the human side of business transformation. They guide employees through shifts in technology (like ERP or HRIS implementations), business processes, or organizational structures. Their primary goal is to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and ensure lasting business results
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Impact Analysis: Assessing how upcoming changes will affect different departments, roles, and workflows.Stakeholder Management: Engaging with leadership, change champions, and end-users to secure buy-in across the organization.Communication Planning: Designing clear, tailored communication strategies to keep employees informed on the \"why\" and \"what\'s in it for them\".Training & Enablement: Collaborating with learning teams to develop role-based training programs that equip staff with the skills to use new systems efficiently.Adoption Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback loops to measure how well the organization has adopted the new changes
Skill Requirements
Methodologies: Strong familiarity with frameworks like PROSCI, ADKAR, or ITIL.Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment, and executive presence.Experience: Typically 7 to 12 years of experience in change management, communications, or consulting, often managing large-scale global transitions
